We had a visit to make to Saddleworth Road this a.m. and I took the chance to have a look at Ringstone Reservoir "on our way home".
Good to chat to JM who was on his way to Scammonden.
The weather was bearable at first but it soon became hot and sticky and flies were a real nuisance along the reservoir wall(ugh).
Late evening I had my local walk along the fields, with the cows being further up on the hillside I went a little further along as far as Matthews farm.
The car was covered in Sahara Sand (?) this a.m.
