Coach Road Lightcliffe

I had a drive down to Lightcliffe late morning and a walk down (and up) Coach Road and areas nearby.

After yesterdays excitement today was a damp squib alas.

No trip up the local fields, either, this afternoon with the weather turning cold and wet - boo-hoo.

I had a look at Raggalds Flood on the way home.

Birds:-

Coach Road Area:

3 Nuthatch.

1 Greenfinch.

4 Bullfinch.

Great Spotted Woodpecker (heard).

Usual Tit species about.

Raggalds Flood.

Seven Lapwing and Small Gulls present.

Elsewhere:

A Great Spotted Woodpecker flew over Aldi , Clayton as I came out of the supermarket.

C40 Canada Geese flew honking over the house as we got home.

Stunning Male Bullfinch Photo.

And 2 for the price of 1.

Another great photo.

And... A Goose? flying below the Canadas.
Probably a Canada
