Local Fields

We took Sues 'Old Boss' to The Golden Hind, Brighouse for lunch today and a very enjoyable meal it was.

News of various "Waxies" sightings were pinging, all day ish, on my phone but I had no chance of checking them out.

I did keep a look out for them  (from the car) as we went from Bradshaw to Elland - Elland to Brighouse - Brighouse to Elland - Elland to Bradshaw.

Just a Stock Dove on wires in Brighouse and 3 Must Swan on the canal at Elland Bridge.

We got back just before dark and I escaped for a quick look up the local fields - not expecting much so late on.

Birds (Bradshaw Fields):-

39 Canada Geese.

3 Pheasants.

1 Mistle Thrush.

Barn Owl.

Kestrel.
