Bradshaw Fields

A really wet day today but we had to take Emma to Calderdale Hospital eye clinic this a.m.

Followed by some lunch for all 3 of us in Macdonald's.

This afternoon we had another appointment in Huddersfield so the rain did not bother my birding too much!

Late afternoon I managed an hour before dark up the local fields on the search for a "Beatle" but not finding one.

The field path is still a river - don't know if it will every dry out!

Not a bad outing really and it was mild, dark but dry amazingly.

A really helpful comment from MC re: my earlier Duck sp. on Pugneys blog was really good to receive.

Thanks very much Mick you comment was very helpful and informative.

1 Pied Wagtail.

3 Canada Geese.

Chaffinch.
