Bradshaw Fields etc

A real grotty day, finally improved around 4pm so we had a walk up to check Raggalds Flood, but, alas it was devoid of Birds and loosing water.

After tea I had a walk up the local fields as far as Matthew's Farm and back.

Things were pretty quite with the usual birds singing but I did get a 1st for me here with a Reed Bunting.

A Buzzard was very distant over Halifax, seen from the garden earlier.

(Mixenden Reservoir was bereft of birds late morning - seen from the top road).

2 Mallard.

3 Little Owl (2 seen).

Reed Bunting.

3 Stock Dove.

and the usual crew.
