Hebden Bridge to Todmorden

On the buses again today with the unusually arriving late - 10:15 bus towards Keighley as far as Cross Roads.

Just time for obligatory elevenses stop at Wilds café for a T cake before catching the Bronte B3 bus to Hebden Bridge.

(A brown trouser bus ride this one with the bus tearing down the unfenced moorland road - pretty stupid really with no edges to the road).

We had a change of direction today opting to walk to Todmorden instead of from Todmorden.

The 'school' bus back to Halifax, though, is not recommended!

We caught just one sharp hail shower as we walked home along Bradshaw Lane at 5p.m. ish.

All the birds seen seemed to be on the move today and not many made into the camera.

Some great news to finish with I bought two - yes - two quiz cards in a charity shop in Hebden Bridge and better still one is a festival quiz.

I know you cannot hide your excitement but the festival version will have to wait 75 days or so.

What a whizz-bang blog this is!!
