A bad day to be a little 4 legged furry job

After lunch today I enjoyed a short walk up Taylor Lane over Soil Hill (top path) along Ned Hill Track and home via the farm tracks.

Another raw outing but not a cold as yesterday with a lighter breeze.

Very, very quiet out and about with very little moving in the sky.

Soil Hill Top was nearly devoid of life today.

Quiz:

Who did New Zealand beat in the quarter finals of the 2015 Rugby World Cup?

Birds:

Soil Hill:

3 Wren c15 Common Gulls.

Elsewhere:

Stock Dove.

c50 Starling.

A Kestrel eating the afore mentioned furry job.

2 Little Owl. 2 Herring Gull.

And a few other species.

Ned Hill Track end has a big load of rubbish dumped there (again).

Quiz Answer:

France.
