Bradshaw Fields (Twice)

Not much birding time today,I  just managed a couple of short wanders up the local fields.

A cold day with black threatening clouds appearing from time to time, but it stayed dry.

Not a lot on my first outing so I went out again and saw some more 'not a lots' !

Good to get outside in the very fresh air though.

Another week or so and some migrants should arrive - just need this wind to change direction and maybe warm up a few degrees?

Loads of midge type flies seen tonight as I went through the boggy path.

Birds:-

A Curlew called from afar.

A Green Woodpecker called from afar.

3 Meadow Pipit (heard just one seen!).

Just a few Gulls.

2 Mallard.

2 Canada Geese.

c25 Woodpigeon.

3 Stock Dove.
