Builders in today....
An hour or so walk up to and over Soil Hill...sun, cloud and some breeze - quite warm on the north side.
I just did the top, not venturing too far.
Good to chat to Colin S. who was talking about the old days when Redshank bred on the now defunct Threshing machine field.
Birds:-
A quiet do.
2 Curlew. 2 Swallow. 2 Lesser Black-backed Gull.
3 Skylark. 4 Meadow Pipit. 4 Willow Warbler.
Pheasant. Dunnock.
5 Linnet. Stock Dove.
No megas today ho ho ho.
