Bradshaw to Soil Hill a.m . - Local Fields p.m.

 Bradshaw - Soil Hill 9:00 - 11:30(ish).

A bright and breezy walk along the local fields up Ned Hill Road, then along Ned Hill Track and up the "oblique" (My new name for the slanting field path up to Soil Hill) .

I went around the west side contour 'path' (this path is very overgrown) to top of the north slope.

Access to the north slope is mega brambly and anyway I did not have the energy to attack the north slope.

Along the path from here most of the path has disappeared under a mass of soil, bricks and sods so I continued along the green margin to the quarry top and turned right to walk along a green bit above the east side boundary wall to turn right at the end towards the comms mast.

Home was via Taylor Lane.

It was good to get 'me boots on' and a few birds did say Hello.

Little Owl.
