Local Fields

Not much birding time today, just a walk along the local fields to Ned Hill Road and back.

Another cold, dark and damp day with little wind.

Birds:-

Green Woodpecker.

Sparrowhawk.

Great Spotted Woodpecker.

Little Owl.

12 Stock Dove.

3 Pheasant.

Blue Tit, Chaffinch, Goldfinch, Wren, Long Tailed Tit.

Loads of Jackdaw but just a couple of Gulls.

Nice to get a couple of Woodpeckers for a change.

Redwing were calling in the dark, last evening , as I walked home from the Raggalds about 8 p.m.
