A late Mother's Day Outing

I was not free until late this afternoon.
We took Abigail and Emma down to Shibden Park late morning (usual birds here today, just 2 Black Headed Gull) and later Abigail played outside, plenty of water involved, until late afternoon then we had the usual Sowerby Bridge and Heckmondwike trip to drop everyone home.

A cheeky Heron was on the wall near the fish pond at White windows.

Soil Hill 18:15 - 19:45.

I managed a very late walk up and around Soil Hill.
A Little Owl was seen from Bradshaw Lane.
Soil Hill Area had 3 Pheasant, 2 Skylark, Pr. Mallard, 3 Meadow Pipit and a couple of Lapwing.

The lower NK pond held a Mallard and a Moorhen as far as I could tell in the encroaching gloom.
