I had a quick scan around the gardens at White Windows before we left for a Mcdonald's then the Panto.
A pleasing reward was that of my first singing Chiffchaff.
I heard it a few times but I could not get a photo, alas.
Also about in the gardens were a Great Spotted Woodpecker, Mistle Thrush, Song Thrush (that I though was a Redwing at first), many Blackbirds , Robin, Blue & Great Tit, Calling Greenfinch and a singing Goldfinch and Wren.
