Bradshaw - Holdsworth - Oats Royd

17:00 - 19:00

A late couple of hours out and about this evening.

It was another very cold outing with  a biting north wind, interspersed with a bit of the sunny stuff.

Usual birds about, nothing out of the ordinary seen, I'm afraid.

A Heron over Bradshaw Lane > Ogden.

Holdsworth copse was very quiet.
A solitary Swallow by the small caravan site.

Robins, Willow Warbler, Chiffchaff at Oats Royd.
An interesting Gull overhead.

Probably a Lesser Black-backed Gull, but I only got one half decent photo of the bird before it was out of sight.

One Meadow Pipit seen on the track back up from O.R.

c40 Starlings feeding in the park.

3 Mistle Thrush in the fields opposite the Bradshaw Tavern (as was) and a few other sp.
Fed up with this cold weather - warmer tomorrow, allegedly.

A few pics:-
