Soil Hill - There and Back

14:45 - 16:00

The usual Saturday late outing with Abi and Emma to entertain.
The sky looked decidedly dodgy as I left home for Soil Hill.
It soon became very wet and windy and quite unpleasant.

A real poor do with a few Corvids and just one Meadow Pipit and a Pheasant seen throughout the walk with a few Gulls airborne.

Raggalds Flood looked to have a good bit of juice in it as I scanned it from Percy Road, but on arrival at the 'flood' it was only a large puddle.

This morning, while I was brewing my porridge, a Cormorant flew past the window, looking to land on the nearby pond.

I also managed to eyeball B.S's very distant Pr. Buzzard, from the garden this afternoon - my first of the season.
