Bradshaw , Ned Hill Track etc - Sat afternoon

14:15 - 15:45

Abigail and Emma to entertain today, really miserable weather wise.
During the afternoon 'Film Show' of the "Wonder Park" DVD I sloped off for a while.
Later I got thrashed at junior Monopoly, obviously I don't understand the kids rules, being an adult (just).

Birds:-

Timed the outing well today, I did not get wet!
Dull and damp and very, very boggy underfoot with Taylor Lane end like a river.
Not a bad outing.
No sign of the Black Redstart so I will have to consign that to my history book.

Bradshaw Fields:

1 Little Owl
3 Red Legged Partridge flushed from underfoot.
Green Woodpecker called loudly from the hillside.
Pr. Bullfinch beyond the farm.
Good few Wrens about.

I gave Soil Hill a miss today.

Ned Hill Track etc.

Kestrel.
3 Raven - 1 on the Soil Hill mast, seen from Percy Road and 2 overhead as I went down Taylor Lane.

A second Little Owl seen from Bradshaw Lane.
