Leeshaw Reservoir - Oxenhope

An awful day weather wise with frequent heavy cold showers, blown along by a brisk wind.
Just a short visit to Leeshaw Reservoir today.

Birds:

Just one Canada Goose and One Greylag Goose, who's head were just visible above the long grass.
No doubt plenty more out of sight.

A few Gulls dropped in during a heavy shower but they soon left.
c20 Mallard passed over in small flocks.
4 Cormorant were on the Reservoir Ironwork.
7 Pheasant were feeding in the fields across the water.

A wet stroll up the main track just revealed c200 Starling feeding in the fields, a Wren and a Dunnock.

One the way to Leeshaw, Bradshaw Lane had a pair of Kestrel struggling against the wind.
