Local birding stroll Saturday Afternoon

We had Emma and Abi to entertain today, and a hospital visit, for Emma, but I squeezed an hours birding walk in after lunch.
Just a stroll up Taylor Lane and back but a very rewarding hour.

Birds:-

A Kestrel was on the prowl at the bottom of Taylor Lane.
A Stonechat was near the Midden and it was seen a bit higher up the lane later (or a 2nd bird) on a wall.
A Kestrel flew over the bird at it dropped quickly out of sight.

A Raven called and was seen heading East.

A second Raven called soon afterwards and landed on a Pylon.

Either a 3rd Raven or the second seen again, was being mobbed by smaller Corvids.
It too landed on a distant pylon and was being plagued by the Corvids 'till it left.
The bird looked young and inexperienced.

An interesting hour out and about.

p.s. I reported the Stonechat as a Whinchat earlier - apologies.

Looks to have a white eye stripe on this photo.
But it's too faint.

The same Bird?
