Saville Park - Redwings

Second outing of the afternoon today.

Sue made a visit to see her dad this aft and I had a quick look around Saville Park hoping for Redwing.

A walk down to the bottom by the chippy came up trumps when a few Redwing (c6)were seen in with the many, many flocks of mobile Starling.

The Redwing landed in a large tree, being blown to smithereens by the strong wind, and promptly disappeared!
Amazing how such a colourful bird blends in.

I did manage to get a few pic after some searching though.
