Wednesday Afternoon from my garden

A couple of photographs of very high and distant birds, taken yesterday afternoon, from the garden are posing identification problems for me.
They came over the house within a few minutes of each other.
They are both probably Black Headed Gulls even though the second bird looks very dark and it has a Mediterranean Gull look about it, and it also looks to have a 'neck ring' or beast band. Difficult judge the bird's size at this distance.
The first bird had a very quick, 'fluttery' wing beat pattern.
They both looked to be passing through - fast-ish.

White leading edge of underwing points to Black Headed Gull.
Although the flight pattern was odd.

This dark bird's feet are more visible?
