Yet another very foggy day here in Bradshaw.
I took a run out to Ogden this afternoon.
Very poor visibility with only a few yards of the water visible when looking across the reservoir.
A few Small Gulls and Mallard were seen but there could well have been several 'lifers' out on the water in the gloom!
Good numbers of Goldcrests flitting about with the usual Coal, Blue and Great Tits.
Also about Chaffinch, Blackbird a Robin with an 'Orange' coloured breast, legged it before I could get a photo.
Birds of note were a Nuthatch by the promenade house and a Kingfisher that flushed from the west side bushes.
Good to get out of the house for some exercise though.
I've had to mess about with the photos in Picasa to get some light into them.
Ive learnt something today - although a photo is nearly 'black' when viewing through the camera, with the auto contrast applied something magically appears.
