A rough sort of day today, heavy wintery showers this morning a bit brighter this aft.
2 deg. blustry with a snow shower, as I stopped to check out the Raggalds Flood for a possible Redshank, on my way to Ogden - lots of juice - no birds!
Ogden - windy but mostly dry.
2 circuits , tough going.
A good scan along the 'shoreline' for a Wader failed to find any.
The water was very quiet, again.
Just Kingfisher, 6 Common Gulls , 2 Black Headed Gull, 1 Herring Gull, 6 Canada Geese and a small flock of Long Tailed Tit "were of note"
The Kingfisher spotted me, just as I spotted it and flew off!
