Not a lot of birding these last couple of days.
Yesterday evening a short stroll up the local fields saw a Kestrel and A Little Owl out and about with the odd Gull past.
Today I just managed a short garden sky watch where a Kestrel was high over Roper Lane.
Another high flyer , probably a Raptor, was megs high in the grey clouds, drifting very, vary slowly > W probably over Ogden.
The photo I got by aiming the camera in the general direction and then hunting for an image on the laptop, revealed that I'd got it! A small black dot.
Late evening 2 Swift with c30 Gulls passing high in twos and threes, most were Lesser Black-backed with a few Black Headed Gulls and some too high for me to Id.
A very confiding Blackbird kept me company as Sue was busy with Abi's bath night!
