Bradshaw - Soil Hill Circular

A cold feel to the weather this afternoon with sun and some cloud.

Quiet out and about, again, but an enjoyable traipse nonetheless.

Birds:-

Little Owl.

3 Red Legged Partridge.

1 Meadow Pipit.

2 Mistle Thrush.

A  Starling flock looked to have some Thrush sp. in among but they were too distant to ID them.

The lower bird in the photo had very long wings?

I have posted a cropped pic of it.

Kestrel.

Looking along way north from Soil Hill a massive gathering of Gulls could be seen in the fields.

At home as I was cleaning my boots, 3 Buzzards were soaring over Oats Royd, in the distance. Not long before the Crows paid them a visit.

(Raggalds Flood is bereft of juice more or less).

A garden watch for AT /PD 's  9 Whoopers > N from Ringstone , late afternoon, failed to pluck them out of the sky.!!

But birds flying north-ish from Ringstone could  pass over Bradshaw so it is always worth a try - thanks for the grapevine info.

3 Photos Starlings and Thrushes?

The lower bird cropped from the above photo.
