Harrogate and Local Fields

A better day weather wise  Cold, dull, dry, brightened up late afternoon with a bit of sunshine.

We had a trip to Harrogate this morning to pick something up - didn't stop long.

A few 'goodies' were seen on the journey.

A large flock of airborne birds, look like Lapwing to me? At one point a Red Kite was amongst them.

An odd looking plane, circling about?

This afternoon I enjoyed a walk up the local fields to Ned Hill Lane bottom and back.

Birds:-

Harrogate Trip:

5 Red Kite.

Lapwing.

(Poor photos taken through the car window)

Local Fields:

2 Mistle Thrush.

Green Woodpecker (seen twice in different area but I think its the same bird).

Chaffinch.

Pr. Bullfinch.

1 Little Owl (took some finding).

3 Stock Dove.

The little bit of sunshine came to late to help improve the photos!
