Garden , Local Lanes and Local Fields

Another bright warm breezy day today.

It's unusual for the weather to hold out over Easter but so far so good.

Today I had a short garden watch in the morning with a 5 mile or so walk around the local fields with Sue after lunch and an evening stroll up the local fields.

The 5 mile walk took us down to Thornton where we stopped for an ice cream at the co-op.

From there we went along the old Thornton to Queensbury cycle track to the cafĂ© and then we went up the fields to the Junction Inn at West Scholes where we managed a shandy in the garden, before walking home.
