Not much birding time today with friends to visit.
We did manage and enjoyable 3 mile saunter along the Thornton to Queensbury cycle track late afternoon.
Very dull this afternoon but there was loads of birdsong along the track where there is fantastic potential.
Late evening and the weather turned grotty, with light drizzle and mist as I had the usual stroll up the local fields.
Birds:
Cycle Track:
Willow Warbler, Chiffchaff, Blackcap, Whitethroat.
Song Thrush, Bullfinch, Swallow.
A few Gulls overhead and some others.
Local Fields:
Very dark and quiet.
Little Owl, Meadow Pipit, 1 Swallow low over fields.
A few Gulls overhead.
Fox.
