Leeshaw Reservoir - Oxenhope

A very late evening outing (for me) to Oxenhope reservoir, not getting home 'till after 8pm.The rain had more or less packed in when I arrived ,but with nothing on the water it looked like a lost cause.

A solitary Lesser Black-backed Gull passed by high,

Trying to eek something from the visit I scanned the far side shoreline using the full zoom on the camera, which is better that my bins.

Eventually a moving rock morphed into a Ringed Plover - nice.

Birds:

Ringed Plover.

13 Linnet.

Canada and Greylag Geese, mostly hidden by the hillside.

3 Meadow Pipit, House Martin, Swallow, Pheasant.
