We enjoyed a walk along the Thornton cycle track this morning, before the heat became too oppressive. A refreshing ice-lolly from the great café along there, was the order of the day.
Just sky watching from the garden this afternoon - too warm for me today..
This evening I had a local stroll up the local fields where the temperature was still high 20's.
Birds:-
Cycleway: Whitethroat, Blackcap, Song Thrush.
Garden: Lesser Black-backed Gull floating about, some mega high.
2 Mistle Thrush, 1 Kestrel, 2 Buzzards.
Local Walk: Collard Dove, Mistle Thrush, Little Owl, Lesser Black-backed Gulls , 2 Kestrel.
