Shibden Park , Shelf Park and Bradshaw Circular Walk this evening

Saturday we took Emma to Shibden Park - just the usual birds here.

Sunday and it was cleaning day today apparently - I could not see any dust at all.

In fact I can't remember ever seeing any dust!

Afterwards we had a walk through the woods from Shelf Park Car Park and called at the excellent Kendals ice cream emporium at Hipperholme on our way back.

Later on I had a short stroll through the local fields to Ned Hill, down Ingham Lane and back along Bradshaw Lane late evening.

A pleasant evening with some sunshine and the wind dying down.

Birds:-

A Buzzard drifted slowly west as I sat doing the crossword this afternoon.

Nothing much at all in Shelf woods.

15 or so Swallow and a Jay.

The Bradshaw walk was uneventful.

Little Owl, Rooks, Woodpigeon.

2 Willow Warbler still calling.

2 Kestrel a few Black Headed Gull and Lesser Black-backed Gull overhead, some calling.
