A bright quite warm day in the sun, but it dropped proper cold in the shade today.
I had a short garden sky watch following grapevine Whoopers but I failed to see any.
Early morning we had a run over to Oxenhope and walked from Oxenhope to Haworth and back.
One disappointment was we were too early for the warm pies in the Haworth Café we use.
No bins or camera here but I did eyeball a Dipper in the stream and there were 2 separate drumming Woodpeckers heard.
Mid-afternoon I had the usual stroll up the local fields and late afternoon, early evening, I had a walk up to the Raggalds, Percy Rd and Over Soil Hill Top.
Back via Percy Rd and Taylor Lane.
Great to chat to Percy Road Ken.

2 Curlew, one heard down the Shay Fields, one seen on Soil Hill top.
Heron.
3 Pheasant.
2 Stock Dove.
14 Whoopers still on Mixenden - small white dots from Soil Hill viewpoint.
