Ogden Water / Bradshaw Fields

Another poor day with heavy rain and fog.

I had a run out over to Ogden after lunch.

Fog moving about ,with some partially clear-ish moments.

It was great to see a Little Grebe here for a change.

Late afternoon I had the usual walk up the local fields, a dark, damp outing with fog moving in.

Birds:-

Ogden Water:

Treecreeper.

2 Male Goosander.

4 Bullfinch.

Cormorant (seemed to be catching plenty to eat).

Little Grebe.

c20 Small Gulls on the drink at one point (mostly Common Gull).

c15 Black Headed Gull on the railings.

Bradshaw Fields:

Stock Dove.

Green Woodpecker.

11 Fieldfare overhead, calling.

c35 Common Gull in the fields.

(2 Foxes).

Little Grebe.
