Another day, another few bus rides.
Leaving Bradshaw on a 9:30 ish, Halifax bus we then caught another bus to Todmorden.
Arriving in Tod. at brunch time we popped into Spoons and I opted for coffee, toast and marmalade - very nice bread too.
You see some stuff on these bus rides.
Today a very pretty, smartly dressed young lady was on the Tod. bus, she was on the seat in front of us. She was eating some éclair bun type pastries that looked yummy.
She left the bus long before us and as we left the bus later, we noticed that she had very neatly left the bun's carboard box and plastic wrapper on the seat.
We slipped up again at the Halifax bus station though.
Our bay was occupied by a different bus than our 521 bus mentioned on the info. screen.
We did eyeball the 521 in a bay and we joined a large queue that was formed there.
When the 521 left the bay, without us! we realised that the long queue was for another bus.
At rush hour it's quite shambolic with buses pulling in and drivers shouting out the number of their bus.
Maybe they would have been better leaving things as they were until the job was completed?
We did enjoy our walk and the weather in Tod. was better that the murk and mist in Bradshaw.
Just a small camera with me today.
