I had a drive over to Fly Flats, Mid-morning to see if I could see the Wood Sandpiper found there by B.S. a bit earlier on.
I had a good, enjoyable, hunt around the public north end of the water and later I used my scope from the road but I failed to locate the bird.
I took some mega distant photos hoping to drag "something" out of them on the laptop but to no avail.
Local:
A bit of garden sky watching this aft and a late walk up the local fields was me lot today.
