A short birding walk

Very, very windy and wet this morning.

I was a bit pooped this morning after yesterdays hike so I was content to do the crossword until Sue dragged me to the shops after lunch.

Later on I had the usual short walk along the local fields.

Very gusty winds (in excess of 40 mph allegedly) kept most birds at home watching Sky.

Just a buffeted Kestrel on a fence post, a calling Pheasant (not seen) , a Little Owl and c15 Gulls mostly Common Gulls.
