An Easier Day

A pleasant day as the morning progressed and we took an easier option via buses today.

We caught a couple of buses to Todmorden and walked back to Hebden Bridge.

A toasted tea cake in the excellent little bakery in Tod. set us up for a steady walk.

Just a small camera on this walk but a few interesting sightings nonetheless.

A late afternoon meander along the local fields was pleasant enough but nothing much new came out to see me!

Birds:

Todmorden - Hebden Bridge.

Heron, 2 Dipper, 3 Grey Wagtail, 1 Goosander.

Local Fields:

(At one point) c45 Mostly Common Gulls included a couple of Herring Gulls and a couple of Lesser Black-backed  Gulls.

Little Owl.

Pheasant.

Goldfinch.
