We had a wedding party to attend in Ripon on Saturday
evening but we managed to get in a couple of walks as well.
The main picture is NOT of the bride and Groom - I hasten to add.

We enjoyed a walk along the river Laver and river
Kell and then another walk to Studley Royal through the deer park and on to the
café and lake at Fountains Abbey.
There are some lovely views of St. Mary’s church and
of course plenty of deer to see as well as a few birds on the lake and
surrounding area.
I was hoping for a Lesser Spotted Woodpecker at
Studley Royal but it was not to be.
